ok its 1oam now ! physics h1 exam later but seriously nt realli studying for it ! cuz i dunno a lot of things yet ! since gt 1o mcq hope my tyco skill help ! but maybe asking rudi help me !hMm now listening to shuo ni ai wo ! ok its sound a bit chee-na budden its still ok ba !
suddenly listening to this song den some memories would like come back la ! i remember during sec sch everyone especially like guys darn despo want get gf like tat ! ok so i was like no exception and was like even considered a 'flirt' in de past ! hahas ! but as we grow older de mind jus change la ! to me now SINGLE is realli de best ! yey i dunno read from whose blog sae no commitment needed no nth wahahas ! sometimes i still thought being single aww later no one will be like by my side accompanying me ! but tats totally nt true ! i haf so many frenz and DRAGONBOAT ! this are enough =)) and see from my frenz and even myself la ! NTH last ! its will jus come to an end !

* WAT I POST LAST TIME ! NW ITS TIME READ ALL SENIORS ! plus added stuff ! SRY IF IT IS EMO =/ *
since its near to de closing for our senior career in nyjc db ! i realli wanna THANK dem a lot !! so much tat wat i write later is nt enough ! ok first day when i went to NYJC DB orientation ! hMm tat time i can remember gt a lot of ppl much more den wat we haf nw ! ok first rowing session if im nt wrong CAROLINE was at de drummer seat teaching us hw ta row ! 1st time i saw her i thought she was a coach or sth seriously ! after tat we went eat den she put on spec on den it look totally different hahas ! after tat i tink gt xuan sheng YVONNE and YI YANG teaching us ba before we realli settle in ! oh ya remember dere a small group talk and i was with YI HE CHERYL KANG and i tink SARAH ? asking us y we join db hahas all our ans was to get fit or wat but nw de ans definitely haf changed ! FOR DE PASSION FOR DE TEAM ! nw i found de true ans =))ohya i suddenly remembered sth ! JEAN was my drummer for my boat during de sport carnival thingy for our sch ! i tink tat was de first time i saw her in db team ! hahas ! but quite a gud impression ba ! LOL
after tat when more ppl left training started ! started running to first bridge ! i noe last time nt many ppl can made it dere easily but nw all of us can made it ! show hw much we haf improve ! trainings with all de SENIORS waas SUUPER GUD ! encouraging us on de way ! after like 1 month later we haf a senior attached to us ! when mi and ken tat was attached to IKHTIA we was realli shock cuz de size diff arh and we knew he was de hiongster ! hahas ! but nw i realli admire him ! he was always be de best SENIOR i ever met seriously ! ran with him to ecp bishan clarke quay OMGOSH those memorable runs ! haish remember to run with me though u step down ok !! supporting mi and ken tat in de gym pushing us ! from no bicep or tricep to a tiny one nw =)) write until here already don bear to leave u all le ! omgosh im darn gay ok ! LOL
after tat most memorable INITIATION for j1 ! tat de things tat show our determination and strength in each of us ! some went through and some nt ! those who went through tgther i tink we realli bonded well ! can see from SENIOR face deep in their heart dey are still encouraging us in one way or another jus tat dey did nt show it out directly ! hMm from den on i treat 2oo7 NYJC DB as my TEAMMATES someone who will row with me as a TEAM ! but on de way i haf made many sacrifices too ! no more time for ger ! no time with most of my bros ! everything tat was bad i tried to get rid of it ! ok too much to be said bout initiation and i tink i cant finish bout it ! u cant imagine how tough tat was for our physical limit during tat time but we manage to go through it ! *and tat day if i never pass through de initiation my mind already made up to transfer to POLY but luckily i made it through !* =))
FINALLY WE ARE TRULY PART OF NYJC DB TEAM 2007 ! AND OUR BAILONG ! U WONT NOE HW HAPPI WE WERE ! and remember IKHTIA pass it to me x)) i was taking photos of it and admiring it on my wardrobe everyday ! it was a shirt to be proud of ! AND all those intense training started ! for me i started with lot of runs ! running nearly everyday to stop de thing which is definitely bad for me ! and dere with IKHTIA running with me most of de time ! last time rowing i was realli weak and i stop sometimes and remember dere was once mr lee sae me ! hahas ! soon started my gym training and gt addicted to it ! last time i was doing like empty bar but nw at least more ba ! much more ! hahas ! cuz i realli want haf muscles like IKHTIA though i noe its impossible la and for de TEAM definitely nt to be de weakest but one of de strongest ! hahas ! soon noe RUDI who happen to be a lonely guy in his class hahas ! den we went gym tgther most of de time and do pullup ! i went in with none which i dunno y cuz last time i can do and i tink now can 1o le ba ?
HAHAS oh ya den after tat came de ANGELBEARX thingy ! everyone was like so mad about it and i tink most seniors noe me by tat name and nt my actual one lo ! wahahas ! ALL CUZ OF CHERYL KANG ! LOL ! and seriously i didnt noe it will spread to like nearly everyone la ! hahs ! den soon gt to noe BAO QI WITH HIS CUTE BON ! QING YI WITH HIS BELOVED APPLE ! AND OF COURSE YVOONE WITH YI YANG ! seriously no words can express how im feeling now ! i realli miss u seniors ! though i last see u all like 1o hours before ! hahas but tink of de fun times we been together ! even though many photos were taken , but it can all be jus kept as memories ! i MISS BLACK ! aww and all of u out dere !during de post race dinner i dunno how many photos i taken but i tink more den a hundred for sure ! dere was a time like i keep taking photo till no stop like tat ! hahas ! but can u all send me cuz i never took anything from my phone ! except de only 1 with sarah and another sexy post by bao wo ! and yesterday de nationals i row for one 1o men boat but de result sux ! ok la we gt last and didnt get into final ! de result for our 1o men boat was all disappointing but nvm de last race we came up strong ! i was de drummer for de seniors guys team and seriously im proud to be part of de boat ! 20 men crew ! no one was realli tinking of de outcome but de moment they are able to row tgther as a TEAM TGTHER NYJC DB TEAM ! and yesterday was de day i drop my tears ! i tink for like 8 years i never realli had a tear rolll down from my eyes before ! it was touching and i can feel it too maybe cuz i been playing with u guys too ! we gt bronze for a div men and i gt a medal too =)) ok but i share with de team one de ok ! i gt so much to sae to all of u ! but it will be never ending ! its onli a short few 3 month but i realli enjoy it !

yesterday 23o6o7 was our big day ! A div national db championship ! everyone went there with the feeling of giving it all out winning for the team ! the 1o men crew maybe below expectation but i will like to comment on the last race for the day ! 2o men crew (senior guys team) !morale was quite low at first ! nearly the whole team cant seem to focus on the last race due to the races before.den mr lee gather de team going through de MST, beginning to settle down ! team gather for some words and warm up. Hunger to win revived ! yiyang bring de whole team up for air rowing ! whole team focus on his one voice. team morale and spirit boast! air rowing for 1 race set but stop before last charge! team gathered holding close to each other! everyone knew it was now or never. tears dropped. seniors recall things they been through for de career in nyjcdb !it was touching and maybe even though my time with u guys were short but it was still as meaningful with u guys playing joking with me all de time ! everyone focusing ! went back for de last charge of air rowing ! expression on everyone changed ! hunger was there desire to give it all out ! now is nt jus about winning or losing but to cherish every moment they are rowing together ! going down for de race last time and the last cheer ! it was loud and clear NAN CHU LONG ZHOU SHENG LI ! before de start of race all de power 1o starts were perfect ! seriously i was nearly falling off as de drummer ! 1st few strokes were powerful ! yiyang feel de same ! haahs joke around sure win liao zai already lol ! went to the starting line. team gt de feeling back ! once de horn goes can see everyone giving all out focusing only on their own boat ! after crossing the finishing line, seniors know that it was all over ! everyone feeling happy contented holding each other hands ! de feeling for that race was totally different ! it was nt jus about the outcome but the seniors able to row together for the last time as a NYDB TEAM ! actually i gt some words hanging on my mind before de race but as a junior didnt dare to say hahas so here goes : SENIORS i really respect everyone of u here on the boat ! you have shown your hunger and determination to win be it gym or sea training ! you all did your best and let this last race be a memorable one ! as a drummer for your boat, im seriously proud to be part of u guys ! leave no regrets and treasure every moment of this !ok tat all hahas im sure all of u will treasure tat memorable race and indeed de feeling was definitely great ! im sure all of u do feel de same.SENIORS i'll sure miss u guys when ure gone especially BLACK ! hahas let that race be sth tat all of us will never forget ! all the best for ur studies in future !Friday, June 22, 2007

dunno y suddenly wanna blog again !since its near to de closing for our senior career in nyjc db ! i realli wanna THANK dem a lot !! so much tat wat i write later is nt enough !
ok first day when i went to NYJC DB orientation ! hMm tat time i can remember gt a lot of ppl much more den wat we haf nw ! ok first rowing session if im nt wrong CAROLINE was at de drummer seat teaching us hw ta row ! 1st time i saw her i thought she was a coach or sth seriously ! after tat we went eat den she put on spec on den it look totally different hahas ! after tat i tink gt xuan sheng YVONNE and YI YANG teaching us ba before we realli settle in ! oh ya remember dere a small group talk and i was with YI HE CHERYL KANG and i tink SARAH ? asking us y we join db hahas all our ans was to get fit or wat but nw de ans definitely haf changed ! FOR DE PASSION FOR DE TEAM ! nw i found de true ans =))
after tat when more ppl left training started ! started running to first bridge ! i noe last time nt many ppl can made it dere easily but nw all of us can made it ! show hw much we haf improve ! trainings with all de SENIORS waas SUUPER GUD ! encouraging us on de way ! after like 1 month later we haf a senior attached to us ! when mi and ken tat was attached to IKHTIA we was realli shock cuz de size diff arh and we knew he was de hiongster ! hahas ! but nw i realli admire him ! he was always be de best SENIOR i ever met seriously ! ran with him to ecp bishan clarke quay OMGOSH those memorable runs ! haish remember to run with me though u step down ok !! supporting mi and ken tat in de gym pushing us ! from no bicep or tricep to a tiny one nw =)) write until here already don bear to leave u all le ! omgosh im darn gay ok ! LOL
after tat most memorable INITIATION for j1 ! tat de things tat show our determination and strength in each of us ! some went through and some nt ! those who went through tgther i tink we realli bonded well ! can see from SENIOR face deep in their heart dey are still encouraging us in one way or another jus tat dey did nt show it out directly ! hMm from den on i treat 2oo7 NYJC DB as my TEAMMATES someone who will row with me as a TEAM ! but on de way i haf made many sacrifices too ! no more time for ger ! no time with most of my bros ! everything tat was bad i tried to get rid of it ! ok too much to be said bout initiation and i tink i cant finish bout it ! u cant imagine how tough tat was for our physical limit during tat time but we manage to go through it ! *and tat day if i never pass through de initiation my mind already made up to transfer to POLY but luckily i made it through !* =))
FINALLY WE ARE TRULY PART OF NYJC DB TEAM 2007 ! AND OUR BAILONG ! U WONT NOE HW HAPPI WE WERE ! and remember IKHTIA pass it to me x)) i was taking photos of it and admiring it on my wardrobe everyday ! it was a shirt to be proud of ! AND all those intense training started ! for me i started with lot of runs ! running nearly everyday to stop de thing which is definitely bad for me ! and dere with IKHTIA running with me most of de time ! last time rowing i was realli weak and i stop sometimes and remember dere was once mr lee sae me ! hahas ! soon started my gym training and gt addicted to it ! last time i was doing like empty bar but nw at least more ba ! much more ! hahas ! cuz i realli want haf muscles like IKHTIA though i noe its impossible la and for de TEAM definitely nt to be de weakest but one of de strongest ! hahas ! soon noe RUDI who happen to be a lonely guy in his class hahas ! den we went gym tgther most of de time and do pullup ! i went in with none which i dunno y cuz last time i can do and i tink now can 1o le ba ? 2nd set same problem with de first few strokes and de glide come in late ! but maintainence was gud glide well but nt all de way still gt some parts gt prob ! last charge was pretty ! u guys did well in last charge !

back ta my own life =)) ok a lot of ppl sae im more tan or black nw ! ok la dunno y this few days suddenly realli grown darker ZZ ! my day started off as usual to db training den dere was a small past down cermony x)) LOL ikhtia pass mi his life jacket and ken tat will get de black paddle ! aww how envy everyone would be =/ LOL eh i dunno de photo is taken by whose cam leh ! pls pass it to me if u all happen to haf de one mi and ikhtia take de LOL ! and its de last day of our senior at kallang rowing as a whole team can see their 'bu she' aww even if it was me i tink it will be hard to leave tat place where all our efforts and sweat as a team are put in ! but dey did take lot of photos haahas .. ok back to training - 3 2o men boat started with warm uprow den begin with long maintainece pull .. everyone could feel tat it was nt realli gud ! den next to starts started with 1o 2o first few strokes still nt hard enough ! some sets are but some nt ! tink we gotta improve on our first few strokes and be more aggresive ! yesterday de boat nt realli responding ya ! ok den did starts 1o 4o pacing totally off from mid pack ; ppl paddles hiting coordination off bad set ! tried to improve for de last few but still nt as gud as before .. next did starts of 1o 3o with transition ! 1o 3o still ok transition i tink ok too but onli average ba ! yesterday maybe everyone too busi wanting to take photos .. hahahas den after tat it started to rain ! wohoo ah hee si bei cute la ! LOL took photo for us but after tat when eric want take he make a super cool post with his cap down ! LMAO

wohoo !! can u believe it ! i manage ta start on my studies and i realli did study .. read on econ geo and did few chapts of math .. hahas but i noe sure too late le quite a lot to remember ! GG ! 1st day i stay at home for like nearly de whole day !but i went out at night cuz my brother can drive le wohoo ! so who wouldnt want someone to drive u around ! feel so cool and zai sia ! went ta eat prata at jln kayu den went downtown east de beach till bout 4am ba .. but it was fun and we guys talk a lot bout *hem hem* ! LOL

* for j1 db ppl in my boat ! *
comments on rowing at fri .. first we did around 8 sets of rowing to and fro of 500m set .. 1st few set was bad i noe everyone can feel it ! feeling was nt dere ! no drive no nth ! keep lagging behind and gap start getting bigger ! moodless cant seem ta spur de team on ! ah hee commented bad rowing for de day !rowing on sat ! earli morning everyone knew tat fri rowing sux want to do much beta .. started by taking over senior guys boat use their pedal ! did rowing for 60 90 and 120 strokes feel beta dere was glide and after tat did sets of starts ! some was beta some was nt .. wat i feel was for de first 3 strokes we realli never pull long enough and aggresive to bring de boat up .. everyone seem to be conserving ! tats onli hw i feel la so i never bring it out bout this .. had to compromise my strokes for 1st 3 cuz pace i tink can lower a bit .. when yong yeh wanted to raise de stroke rate yiyang could feel ppl was nt pulling full stroke already and tat was definitely nt advisable ! PROBLEMS I FEEL : WE STILL DON DARE TO PULL LONG ! try to do wat ah hee and yvonne sae to pull long ba .. but i noe i myself had problems with coordination =/
but overall i feel out front catch was gud for starts ! gud pacing enough power to bring up and glide ! tat greats =))
last race set real 500m set race everyone feel motivated straight can see from teammate expression ! competing against senoir and outsiders dont realli noe who .. we using de lightest boat and can guess we would win ! ah hee coaxion for us ! our team gear up for starts we burst but i realli feel starts can do beta but front catch was gud =/ maintence was gud with ah hee in his SUPER MAN voice spuring us ! for tat 1o strokes boat was gliding at fast speed manage to break free ! ah hee wanted us to win stroke by stroke and to stay compose .. stroke rate gradually down ! pacing gud water feel light everyone giving in their best ! preparing for last charge shouted for 1o% up but tink he call too earli ! power building up but die at a point of time as it was called too earli ! ah hee called last charge but de pacing was fast already so surge was nt realli dere ! yi he also sae last part we dont haf de surge like de gals ! but overall it maybe 1st of de best race sets we ever done ! well done guys x))

yey !! back ta my rowing todae =)) intially i still thought i was rowing great but soon realise tat my coordination was darn bad .. maybe tat de reason y i neber get to row last time ba ..from next training onwards i try my best to keep up .. hope dere still enough time for me to improve !

guys we are realli veri near to our competition le ! we onli get ta compete most twice in national for our db career in jc .. make our 1st a good one ! and sth ta be proud of .. don leave any regrets behind ! i dun wish ta sae anymore cuz i realli haf a lot more to improve myself or i may nt even row in this official race too ! tat is wat i dun wish ta happen !
